What events do you cater to?
We provide bartending services for a wide range of events, including weddings, corporate events, graduation parties, holiday parties, birthday parties, festivals, private gatherings, and more. If you have a special event in mind, feel free to reach out and let us know how we can help!
Who Supplies the Liquor?
You can supply your own and we can help determine how much is needed. We can also order and have the alcohol delivered to your event from our distributor.
Can we limit our menu to serve only beer, wine and canned cocktails?
Do you have non-alcoholic options?
Yes, we offer non-alcoholic beverage options and have great mocktail menus.
Do you carry Insurance?
Yes. Full Liquor & General Liability.
Can we create customized cocktails?
Do you handle setup and cleanup?
Yes! We take care of the complete bar setup, bar service during the event, and cleanup afterward. You can relax and enjoy your event!
Do you travel?
Yes. We are based in Cleveland, Ohio but we are happy to travel. We do not charge a travel fee for events 30 miles from our location. A travel fee may apply for longer distances, but we’ll work with you to make it happen.
Are your bartenders experienced and licensed?
Yes, all of our bartenders are fully trained, highly skilled, and certified in responsible alcohol service. We prioritize professionalism, efficiency, and guest safety at every event.
How do I book your services?
Booking is easy! Just reach out via our Contact Us form, call us directly, or email us with your event details, and we’ll get back to you with availability, pricing, and next steps.
How much do your services cost?
The cost depends on the size and type of your event, the number of guests, duration of event, and the specific service you require. We offer custom quotes based on your needs. Contact us for a personalized quote!
How far in advance should I book your services?
As soon as you have your event date set, we suggest reaching out and securing your date with us to ensure availability, especially during busy seasons. However, we understand that sometimes plans change, so if you need last-minute service, don’t hesitate to reach out!
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. After your consultation with us and you are ready to book, we will send you a contract to review, sign, and return to us. A 50% deposit is due at the time of signing the contract to secure your date. Date will not be secured and booked until both the signed contract and the 50% deposit are received. The remaining balance must be paid thirty (30) days prior to your event date.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation by you (prior to your final payment), your down payment will not be refunded, and the remaining balance will not be due. In the event of a cancellation by you (after your final payment), no payments will be refunded.
